Bahamas Benefit Concert @ Memorial Episcopal Church
Oct 25 @ 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Get your tickets now for a special Bahamas Hurricane Relief Benefit concert, October 25th at Memorial Episcopal Church.

The concert will feature the Catonsville High School Steel Drum Band. Celebrating its 28th anniversary, CHS Steel, the Catonsville High School Steel Band directed by Jim Wharton and Andrew Hamilton, was founded in 1991 and for seven years was the only school steel drum program in the state of Maryland. From a four-piece ensemble, the band has grown to its present size of 17 musicians.

Formed as a means for students to study and perform music from a culture other than their own, the band shares the music of Trinidad and Tobago with audiences throughout the Maryland region.

100% of the revenue from the concert will go to Episcopal Relief and Development’s Hurricane Relief Fund. Working through their vast disaster response network and the more than 100 Anglican/Episcopal Churches in the Bahamas they will ensure that relief and rebuilding efforts are delivered quickly and efficiently.
