There is a meat dish called Bollito Misto which is eaten all over the northern regions of Italy.
It is a mix of beef, veal and pork, boiled with vegetables, eaten with a variety of sauces.
There is another nice mix called Bollito Misto which is an established Steelband in the northern region of Switzerland.
Bollito Misto was founded in 1981 and is primarly known as around-the-neck band, playing at Carnivals at home and abroad.
The 27- year-young band, arranged by Junior W. Gill, has recently produced a CD which got baptised last night.
